Our Kelly Education Recruiter  is accountable for:

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service focused
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required 
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events 

This role is a remote opportunity in Gulfport, MS with intention of moving to an on-site full time role in a Kelly branch in the near future.

Base pay range for this position is $51,300-$60,000 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
