Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a closely related field. Demonstrated professional experience in the fashion industry or fashion education. Proven ability to teach and communicate complex fashion concepts effectively to diverse student populations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple courses or sections concurrently. Eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Fashion or related discipline. Experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, or fashion-specific technologies. Previous teaching experience at the college or university level. A portfolio showcasing professional or academic work in fashion design or related areas. Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and industry innovations.
