The ideal candidate will be responsible for sanding, staining, painting, and finishing custom cabinets and woodwork to the highest quality standards. Attention to detail, consistency, and craftsmanship are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare wood surfaces for finishing, including sanding, filling, and smoothing. Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, paints, and other finishes according to specifications. Mix and match colors or finishes to achieve the desired result. Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish and high-quality standards. Operate and maintain finishing tools and spray equipment safely and efficiently.
