The Associate 3D Technical Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent level of quality and fit for Children's Apparel.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Design and Production teams to define and uphold fit and construction standards for brand consistency and quality assuranceGenerate spec packages for each design with accurate grade rules and unique construction elementsConduct precise measurements and assessments of development and proto samples for specification accuracy, quality, and workmanshipOrganize and facilitate fit sessions with Design and Production departmentsProvide detailed measurement, construction, and workmanship feedback to vendors, including necessary diagrams or patternsCollaborate with Production and Compliance teams to guarantee all products meet relevant safety regulations for childrenRespond to queries via email regarding fit, specifications, pattern, and construction as requiredDemandsAt least 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in children's apparelProficiency in Browzwear 3D software or equivalentFamiliarity with measuring sample points to ensure compliance with specificationsStrong understanding of knit and woven garment constructionKnowledge of patternmaking, sewing terminology, and garment constructionUnderstanding of garment manufacturing and product development processesProficient in Excel and MS Word; Illustrator knowledge is a bonusMust be available to work in the office 5 days per week.
