Order, select and prepare appropriate music for choir. Direct and accompany choir on regular basis from September through May. Train choir members in choral technique; focus on spiritual interpretation of music, encourage fellowship and congregational leadership and participation. Assist in recruiting choir members. Assist in securing soloists or other vocalists on select occasions. As music coordinator work with a worship committee to develop and administer budget for music ministry, maintain music library, carry out development for music (planning, PR, communication).
