Role Overview

Help shape next-generation AI systems by contributing practical Cocos2d-x game development expertise to high-quality training and evaluation work. You will develop and improve 2D game experiences while providing real-world technical input that supports how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine game logic, mechanics, and features in Cocos2d-x for prototype and production-level projects.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer team to provide high-quality input for AI training.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot game assets and scenes for varied training objectives.
• Test, debug, and optimize Cocos2d-x code for reliable, efficient gameplay.
• Document code and processes clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate project status and challenges clearly in writing and conversation.
• Iterate on deliverables in response to feedback and evolving AI development needs.

Qualifications

• Solid Cocos2d-x knowledge and hands-on experience with 2D game development workflows.
• Strong game-development problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise updates and documentation.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Understanding of game design principles and player experience optimization.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in an AI training environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI training or data-generation projects.
• Familiarity with additional game engines or programming languages.
• Experience collaborating with AI or machine-learning specialists.

Work Terms

• Remote contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $50 to $120 per hour.
