Engaging students through live, synchronous instruction, the full-time Alabama Licensed CTE Computer Science Teacher will deliver over five hours of online teaching each day, personalize learning experiences, and foster relationships with students and families in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver live, on-camera instruction for five or more hours each instructional day, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience Utilize student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain accurate records to keep students and families informed of progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Active state teaching license in Alabama for CTE-Computer Science grades 6-12 Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings Proficiency with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools Ability to read and utilize student performance data to inform instruction
