Customer Service Photo Reviewer

Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire
Training Start Date: September 2

Kelly Services is hiring Customer Service Photo Reviewers in Maryland Heights, Missouri. In this role, you will review photos submitted by retail field representatives to ensure in-store displays, product placement, signage, and promotional materials meet established brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted photos in real time to confirm retail displays are set up correctly.
• Verify that products are visible, properly placed, and available to customers.
• Ensure signage and promotional materials are installed accurately.
• Identify inconsistencies or areas that do not meet brand or client guidelines.
• Provide clear, professional, and constructive feedback to retail field representatives.
• Document review results and submit accurate reports using company applications and technology.
• Manage assigned reviews efficiently while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Communicate with team members to resolve questions or obtain additional information when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify minor inconsistencies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile applications, and other technology.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and brand guidelines.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service, quality review, proofreading, data entry, or merchandising experience is helpful.
