We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist/Claims Processor to support individuals with questions related to unclaimed property claims. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls, guiding customers through claim-related questions, and completing accurate follow-up work in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will combine strong service skills with careful documentation and sound judgment to help ensure each claim is handled thoroughly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding unclaimed property claims with professionalism, patience, and clarity.

• Provide updates on claim progress and explain what records or supporting materials are needed to move a claim forward.

• Guide customers through the claim submission process, including assistance with using the online portal and resolving basic navigation issues.

• Locate existing records and set up new claims within the company database while maintaining complete and accurate information.

• Enter, review, and validate claim data according to established procedures and quality expectations.

• Examine submitted documentation to help determine ownership and identify the appropriate next steps for claim processing.

• Record detailed summaries of customer interactions and claim activity so files remain current and well documented.

• Recognize inconsistencies, recurring concerns, or unusual issues and elevate them to management or the appropriate team when necessary.

• Support additional administrative assignments and special projects as business needs require.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 6 months in claims processing and call center customer service.
• Proven ability to manage inbound calls effectively while delivering clear, courteous, and solution-oriented support.
• Experience performing accurate data entry and maintaining detailed records in a database or case management system.
• Strong written communication skills for email correspondence and internal documentation.
• Comfort working across multiple browser windows and web-based systems at the same time.
• Ability to interpret written procedures, evaluate documentation, and make sound decisions within established guidelines.
• Capable of assisting customers with basic online access or connectivity-related issues during the claims process.
