To support the digital delivery strategy for the Higher Education division, the full-time remote Customer Success Specialist will manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, oversee the implementation of digital programs, and drive operational excellence through effective project management and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners, serving as the primary liaison for digital program implementation Define operational needs and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to contract terms and proactively addressing risks Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, facilitating resolution through collaboration and conducting post-mortem reviews to improve future program delivery Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven experience in project management with strong technical acumen Ability to navigate complex relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration Strong problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and innovation Experience with educational technology solutions, including Inclusive Access and Equitable Access programs is a plus
