Location US Preference for US citizens or residents We are seeking skilled Elevator Installers to join our team in providing safe and efficient elevator installations for our clients As an Elevator Installer you will be responsible for assembling installing and maintaining elevators and other mechanical lifting systems This is a physically demanding job that requires strength and stamina as well as technical knowledge and attention to detail Responsibilities Read blueprints and technical documents to determine installation specifications Install elevator components such as rails cars motors control panels and safety devices Use hand and power tools to assemble and install elevator components Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning Troubleshoot and repair any issues with installed elevators Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the installation process Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent vocational training or apprenticeship in elevator installation preferred Proven experience as an Elevator Installer or similar role minimum of 2 years preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and blueprints reading Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and accurately Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills in English verbal and written Valid drivers license required for travel between job sites Ability to work at heights in a variety of weather conditions Salary $1200 per week without accommodation #J-18808-Ljbffr
