Executive Assistant Opportunity – Chicago I’m working with a small, close-knit private investment firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support four professionals and help manage the day-to-day office environment. This broad, hands-on role includes: Managing complex calendars, travel and expenses Coordinating investor meetings and firm events Supporting office operations, vendors and catering Maintaining databases, documents and filing systems Assisting with occasional personal travel logistics Handling ad hoc projects across the team They’re looking for someone personable, proactive and adaptable who wants to become an integral part of the team during an exciting period of growth. The role is based in the Chicago Loop and averages three days per week in the office. Prior experience supporting multiple executives in financial services, professional services or a similar environment is preferred.
