Daily interaction with clients, attorneys, and court staff is an essential part of the role. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case preparation. Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with precision. Maintain and update legal databases and case management systems. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits and evidence. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
