Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, mini excavators, forklifts, lulls, and backhoes
• Perform tasks related to grading to prepare surfaces, backfilling, and excavation for further construction work
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Assist in the movement of material and equipment around the jobsite as needed
• Reliable transportation is required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor issues with equipment as they arise

Required Skills:

• 1- 3 years experience in operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
• Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) preffered but not required
• Physical stamina and stregth to handle tthe demands of the job, including lifting heavy loads when necessary
• Ability to work effectively on a construction site while adhering to safety regulations
• A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed

Salary and Benefits:

• TOP PAY
• Minimum hourly: $21.00
• Maximum hourly: $40.00
