Deine Aufgaben – das machst du bei uns:Administriere die Systeme von Jira und Confluence und sorge für einen stabilen und reibungslosen Betrieb (Datacenter und Cloud).Entwickele unsere Jira- und Confluence-Systeme weiter und kümmere Dich um Updates und Aktualisierungen.Sorge als Ansprechpartner im Second-Level-Support für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.Schule und berate unsere Kunden in der Verwendeung und Weiterentwicklung von Jira und Confluence.Dein Background – das bringst du mit:Ein Studium im Bereich IT, alternativ eine IT-bezogene Ausbildung, hat dich für den Job fitgemacht.Du hast bereits Jira- und Confluence-Systeme betreut (Datacenter und Cloud) und hast Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit Groovy, REST-API sowie der Erstellung von Skripten.Idealerweise hast Du schon Cloud-Migrationen begleitet oder durchgeführt.Umfangreiche Kentnisse in der Administration von Linux-Systemen und Container-Technologie (vorzugsweise Red Hat und Openshift) hast du mit im Gepäck.Erfahrungen im IT-Systemsmanagement (ITIL), dem Testmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in Bezug auf IT-Infrastruktur machen dich zum Profi.Eine ITIL Foundation Ausbildung oder eine höhere Zertifizierung bringst du ebenfalls mit.Eine eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und methodische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und kundenorientiertes Denken zeichnen dich aus.
