Mandatory Skills Automation Scripting Agentic AI Key Responsibilities Manage and evolve Jira Cloud configurations (projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, automation rules) Ensure platform scalability, governance, and alignment with enterprise operating models Design and implement end-to-end workflows aligned to intake, triage, delivery, and reporting Build advanced automations to reduce manual intervention and improve cycle time Develop and maintain scripts using tools such as Groovy (ScriptRunner), Python, or similar Enable integrations across toolchain (Jira and GitHub, Jama, CRM, internal systems) Design and implement AI-assisted workflows and decision agents, including automated work classification and routing Partner with AI teams to operationalize agent-based automation within Jira workflows Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator (Cloud preferred) Workflow configuration, schemes, and permissions Jira Automation / Automation for Jira Groovy (ScriptRunner), Python, or similar REST API integrationsExperience with toolchain integrations (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD systems) Proven ability to manage multi-team / multi-org Jira environments Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI-driven workflow automation Familiarity with: Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, LLM integration) Prompt engineering or AI workflow design Enterprise data models and taxonomy design #J-18808-Ljbffr
