National Law Firm is searching for a Legal Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative and legal support to a team of attorneys in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do: Provide executive‑level administrative and legal support to senior partners Draft engagement letters, open new matters, and assist with conflict checks Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents and government filings Support billing by reviewing proformas and sending final invoices Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and track deadlines Maintain client files, contact lists, and document management systems Enter attorney time and assist with reimbursements and vendor invoices What You Bring: 5+ years of legal secretary experience in a law firm environment Proficiency in MS Office and experience with document management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Typing speed of 60 wpm with high accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
