HIAS seeks a Legal Intern, New York to assist HIAS’ direct legal services programs benefiting asylum seekers. The intern will conduct research, write, and draft filings for immigration court and USCIS, learning U.S. immigration law in a nonprofit setting. Reports to Senior Staff Attorney and collaborates with in-house Legal and Pro Bono teams.
