Maintenance Technician

Automation Personnel Services is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician for a company located in Northwest Houston, Texas.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance across the factory and campus facilities. If you have a mechanical background and a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will apply both preventive and corrective maintenance practices to support the company's equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the factory.

Pay Rate
$24.00 per hour 

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm 

Saturday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm 

Maintenance Technician   Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of troubleshooting CNC controls and repairs

• Use general maintenance skills and mechanical knowledge to service machines in our factory and maintain our entire facility

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on a wide range of CNC and Manual Machines

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and various support equipment

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of facilities does not deteriorate

• Electrical wiring/installation experience required (120v, 240v, and 480v)

• HVAC repair and servicing experience preferred

Maintenance Technician   Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field required

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow Health and Safety regulations

• Basic analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical)

• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all the necessary details to get the task done well

• Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest

• Demonstrate a desire to continuously improve and learn new skills

Job Type
Full-time, Temporary to Hire
