Office Coordinator (Entry-Level) – Join a High-Energy Healthcare Team
We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and personable to join our corporate office as an Office Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to operations, business, and a fast-paced team environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls
* Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, scheduling, coordination)
* Assist with onboarding new hires and general office projects
* Support different departments (HR, finance, operations) as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
* Tech-comfortable (Outlook, basic Excel, etc.)
* No healthcare experience required
