Available Opportunities Full-Time Day Shift (AM) - 12-hour shifts
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
Part-Time Evening Shift (PM) - 8-hour shifts
- Every other weekend rotation
Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC) - 12-hour shifts
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
PRN All Shifts - Flexible scheduling to meet your needs
Compensation & Benefits - $38 - $46/hour, based on experience
- Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a shift
- Sign-on bonus available

What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Performing resident assessments and developing care plans
- Administering and monitoring medications and treatments
- Providing clinical oversight and nursing interventions
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and psycho social well-being
- Ensuring exceptional, compassionate care that honors each resident's dignity and individuality

- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Salary Description
