A well-respected Non-Public School in the Sacramento/Placer County area is seeking dedicated Special Education Instructional Assistants who are passionate about helping children develop a love for learning through structured instruction, behavioral guidance, and individualized support.

While an interest in progressing toward the teaching profession is preferred, it’s not required — we are committed to developing future teachers from our current team members.

Position Overview:
As a Special Education Instructional Assistant , you will work alongside teachers to support students academically, socially, and behaviorally. Responsibilities include assisting with academic materials, promoting appropriate social interactions, and helping to implement individualized behavior plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience working with special needs students in a classroom setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of working with students with Autism is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methodology is highly desired
  
• Clean driving record (may be responsible for transporting students to/from school or outings).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.

Position Details & Benefits:
