Teens4TeensHelp is seeking teens and young adults (ages 16–25) who have a mental health or emotional wellness story they feel ready to share.
We believe young people are more likely to open up when they hear from someone who truly understands their experiences. By sharing your story, you can help others feel less alone and more hopeful about their own journey.
Your story will be added to our website with over 30 existing storytellers from a wide range of topics. Story topics we are looking for: Addiction, Anxiety, ADHD & Other Learning Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Bullying, Depression, Eating Disorders, Foster Care, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ stories.
