Job Description

• We are seeking a client-focused Trade Desk Associate / Mutual Fund Trader to support a high-volume, inbound call center environment. This role is 100% service-oriented, partnering directly with financial advisors, field offices, and clients to execute trades, process money movement requests, and provide account support.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and delivers exceptional customer experiences while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Average 30 calls per day

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Need Active Licenses FINRA Series 7 & 63 or 66
• Needs customer service experience, call center, financial services experience preferred
• Financial services background

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
