If you have a passion for bots and enjoy solving complex business problems, we encourage you to apply.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesWork directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implementedDesign, develop and test automation workflows in order to improve business processes and create efficiencies to meet business objectives, primarily through RPA solutionsMaintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with IT to integrate RPA solutions with other systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation for RPA workflowsParticipate in the development of RPA standards, processes, and best practicesKeep up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with the business and IT to ensure compliance with governance frameworkQualifications and EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3-5 years of experience in RPA developmentExpertise with Power Automate, experience with UiPath and Automation Anywhere a plusExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, certifications a plusDeep understanding of RPA concepts and best practicesProficiency in programming languages and database technologies such as Python, Java, etc.
