Job Description

Video Editors apply technical video editing skills to evaluate and improve AI systems'' understanding of real-world video production tasks and workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Use your domain expertise to help refine how AI interprets professional video editing work.
• Develop domain-specific prompts and scenarios for AI evaluation.
• Review and evaluate language model responses and other AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and practical applicability to editing tasks.
• Work asynchronously with AI research teams to provide detailed feedback and examples drawn from real projects.

• At least 3+ years of professional experience using one or more of the following tools: OpenShot, Shotcut, or similar video-editing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate findings to remote research teams.
• Comfort working asynchronously and managing deliverables without synchronous supervision.

• Location: Remote, work from wherever you are.
• Employment type: Part-time.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, asynchronous work, no minimum weekly hour requirement.
• Project placement depends on availability of relevant projects and openings.

• Up to $125/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students may be eligible if they have authorized CPT or OPT, subject to your school''s rules. Work with your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.

• The AI research program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise. Placement into a specific project is contingent on available openings.

• Create an account and complete a candidate profile.
• Complete identity verification as requested.
• Review and join projects that match your skills, complete any project-specific onboarding, and accept assignments.
• Begin contributing to project tasks and receive compensation according to the project terms.
