To support mission requirements for a DoD customer, the part-time JIRA Administrator will configure and maintain JIRA workflows, manage issue tracking systems, and integrate JIRA with DevOps tools while working remotely. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, projects, and issue tracking systems Manage and optimize JIRA configurations to meet business and technical requirements Integrate JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, and other DevOps tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field **OR** five years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration Demonstrated experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow development and permission management Experience integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools Experience with Agile methodologies and dashboard customization
