Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $300,000 to $360,000 (aligns with Vermont Act 155)

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions through clinical assessments and imaging
• Develop personalized treatment plans using surgical and non-surgical methods
• Perform joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopy, and other orthopedic surgeries
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, therapy, and rehabilitation
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of a full-time orthopedic service
• Document medical records accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and outcomes
• Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and evidence-based practices
• Engage in continuing medical education and professional development

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Vermont
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
