No stale PowerPoint presentations here! We look for designers who can break the mold and design decks that stand out to our clients AND effectively communicate our world class solutions each and every time. Designers get the opportunity to work on a WIDE variety of projects; different industries, design aesthetics, brands, tools, and techniques to achieve the look needed for the opportunity.To be a successful designer, you should have a breadth of understanding about business marketing collateral creation, graphic design, and translating complex messaging into visual, simple, and easy to understand collateral.What's in it for you?Work remoteCompetitive annual salary, paid weeklyNext day pay on-demand with DailyPayHealth/Dental/Vision benefits401K Program with matchingPaid Time OffPaid Holidays$30 Mobile ReimbursementScholarship opportunities for employees and direct family membersEmployee Assistance ProgramLeadership Development ProgramJob Description:Work directly with the business development and client service team and indirectly with clients to understand end goals, target audience, and messagingUtilize collaboration and design tools, along with design best practices, to create winning pitch decks for our clientsTranslate key business components into stunning visuals for ease of audience understanding and buy-inMaintain design production and RFP responses under tight timelinesManage multiple concurrent projects and internal stakeholdersWork with the business development team to collaborate on RFP responses, projects, and asset refreshes for client-facing deliverablesOrganize and categorize existing creative assets: reviewing, curating, simplifying, storing, and organizing all of the current content that we haveAbility to write content designed to support 2020 Companies messaging and service offerings in a captivating manner that speaks to broad audiencesCreation of brand content focused on 2020 Companies service offerings for regular release on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and IG, for purposes of generating ongoing business leadsQualifications:Experience with and deep working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva and Google slides as a design toolExperience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferredBonus points for experience with ClearSlide or other trackable creative asset platformsDesign degree is not required, but is a plus (so is the equivalent demonstration of design experience and aptitude)Ability to quickly adopt and understand new technology and toolsDesire to gain new skills and expand personal design capabilitiesAbility to take critical feedback from internal stakeholdersAttention to detail throughout the presentationGeneral business understanding is a plusExperience with Account Management is a plusWhat You Can Expect From 2020 CompaniesWe welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
